1. To provide Examinations as required for application of WDSF Adjudicators A License which include English Comprehension, GKT, Theory and Practical Exam on the new WDSF Standard and Latin Scoring System

• All WDSF Licensed Adjudicators for Standard and Latin disciplines
• Approved WDSF Adjudicators B/C license applicants
• Observers

Course Fees

• 1 day course: 100 CHF (2 Oct 2025 for new applicants who wish to attend one day congress and existing license renewal)
• 2 days course: 250 CHF (1-2 Oct 2025 WDSF Standard and Latin Scoring System Course)

With over 3,000 athletes representing 37 countries and regions, and more than 4,000 competition entries, the Vietnam Dancesport Festival set new benchmarks for the sport in Asia. These numbers aren’t just statistics—they’re a reflection of the event’s magnetic pull and the trust it earned on a global scale. From the very first performance to the final awards ceremony, the festival buzzed with energy, excellence, and the shared language of dance.

Organizational Brilliance: The Pillars of Success
Behind every great event lies extraordinary coordination. This festival was no exception, brought to life by the Vietnam Gymnastics Federation and the visionary Nguyen Khánh Thi. With her extensive DanceSport experience, creative insight, and dedication, Khánh Thi led a team that delivered a flawless event. From venue setup to athlete management, from scheduling to hospitality, every aspect was handled with professionalism and care. It was an organization masterclass that impressed even the most seasoned international visitors.

Global Prestige: Honoring WDSF President Mr. Shawn Tay
The festival received a tremendous boost in prestige with the attendance of World DanceSport Federation President Mr. Shawn Tay and his wife, Mrs. Gladys Tay. Their presence was not only an immense honor but also a testament to the trust and respect the WDSF has for Vietnam’s DanceSport community. Their support symbolized recognition at the highest level, elevating the entire event and reaffirming Vietnam’s growing importance in the world of DanceSport.

World-Class Judges: Quality, Integrity, and Leadership
One of the defining strengths of the Vietnam Dancesport Festival 2025 was its elite panel of judges. Comprising over 100 national and international adjudicators, the judging team ensured the highest standards of fairness, consistency, and professionalism. Every performance was evaluated with meticulous attention and in full accordance with WDSF guidelines.

Equally commendable was the remarkable contribution of the chairpersons, whose leadership ensured that each category and round ran efficiently and smoothly. Their ability to coordinate complex competition structures, resolve disputes, and maintain the integrity of the scoring process was instrumental in delivering a seamless competition experience.

A special note also goes to the synergy between the judging panel and the musical atmosphere. Thanks to the brilliant work of international DJ Mateusz Czyżyk, each performance was matched with the perfect rhythm and energy, enhancing both the technical precision and emotional impact of every routine.

Vietnamese duo Phan Hiển and Thu Hương were a particular highlight, winning triple gold and showcasing why they are ranked among the top 50 DanceSport couples in the world. Music is the heartbeat of DanceSport, and the Vietnam Dancesport Festival thrived thanks to the exceptional sounds curated by DJ Mateusz Czyżyk. His track selections were masterfully aligned with the rhythm of each round, inspiring dancers and delighting the audience. For that, she deserves heartfelt congratulations and admiration from every corner of the sport.

Beyond its spectacle, the festival also served as the host of several major championships, including the Southeast Asian Championship, the Asian Championship, and the debut of the Asian Women’s Solo Championship. These additions further elevated the prestige of the event, making it a central node for DanceSport across Asia and a model for future events in the region.
