Dance Events Master was born from exactly this work in the field: a single manager that follows your event from the first registration to the last lesson, with no spreadsheets, lost messages or overlapping lessons.

How it works

1. Couples register on their own. You publish the event page and the registration form, in Italian and English. The couple picks a package and private lessons with the teachers they want, enters arrival and departure, and sees the total straight away. You receive the registration ready to use, with nothing to retype.

2. Everything in one list. For every couple you see the package, the lessons bought with each teacher, what they have paid and what is still due. Confirmations and reminders go out by email. The data check warns you before a problem becomes one: impossible times, teachers without a price, packages outside the catalogue, couples booked into two lessons at the same time.

3. The schedule builds itself. With one click, private lessons are spread across the teachers around arrivals and departures, group lessons, breaks and each teacher’s limits. No couple ends up in two rooms at once. You can always move a lesson by hand, and before forcing a distribution you see a preview of what will change.

4. On camp day, everything under control. At the door you check couples in with a QR code or by name, and you see at once who still has a balance to pay. Finance updates as you work: collected, outstanding, teacher fees and event profit. If the connection drops, the manager keeps working and syncs everything as soon as it is back.
