The closing date for registration is 31st March, 2025, for all WDSF events within the 2025 WDSF DanceSport Festival.

To attend the event as a photographer or videographer, the acquisition of a Media License is required. This license will grant access to the Empress Ballroom and allow the creation of content about the event, with the corresponding commercial ownership reserved for the author.
